Now restarting September 2021 following covid restrictions we are running a cookery session on Thursday mornings accommodating individual students’ ability and character.

Nutrition and healthy eating form part of what we encourage as well as giving the opportunity to taste a wide range of different foods.

We have our own small vegetable garden and use freshly picked produce as much as possible.  Students are encouraged to become involved with the planting thus highlighting the process of food production.

During the morning we aim to prepare, from scratch, two main dishes together with side dishes, desserts and cakes. Everybody is encouraged to be involved at each stage according to their strengths.
